A Pumped Up Prettiness porch is a customized design and will make you and your guests smile from ear-to-ear! The pricing includes the time and labor for installation, removal, and storage of your design! Think of it like “Rent the Runway” but for porches. We know your time is valuable, and understand that finding the time to source design elements, install them, and pack them up isn’t the best use of your energy. That’s where Pumped Up Porches can help - you can enjoy the beauty and we take care of the rest! We pride ourselves on the bespoke nature of our creativity and designs. The designs we create change for every season, but also for every client! So, when you hire us the following year for your holidays, you will not see the exact same design from last year.
Some things to note: the photographs shown are not exactly what your installation will look like due to the nature of the customization, but they can offer you a typical blueprint of what you can expect in terms of size and elements. If you have specific items from the photograph(s) you would like included with your design, please type a note on the intake form when you add the design to your shopping cart. We will do our best to accommodate your requests, but due to the unique nature of our inventory, some items may be unavailable. Additionally, if you have personal items you would like us to include in our design, we are happy to incorporate them with advance notice. The pricing for this installation starts at $375.00, and may vary due to special requests, meaning the pricing may increase or decrease based on your specifications. Typical items seen in this type of install would include: garlands, wreath, door mat, seasonal signage, lanterns, 2 small plants, seasonal design props/elements (like pumpkins, ornaments, etc). Rental period is for a maximum of 4 weeks from the date of installation. Rental periods can be extended at the following rates: $15.00 per day, $100.00 per week.

The fine print: We are not liable or responsible for damages that may occur to any property during or after our installation. In the event that a significant component of the installation falls off or breaks we will do our best to replace it, but due to the bespoke nature of some of our inventory we may not be able to do so. Excessive damage, wear and tear, or theft of our material will incur a replacement charge equivalent to the replacement cost of the item(s) or something similar to the original item. In the event that we are not given permission to attach items to the subject structure to secure our installation, we will not be able to complete the initial design as planned, but will work with the client to explore alternative options. Be advised, that we may need to use nails, screws, or other tools to ensure the secure installation of our design. In special circumstances, we may need to hire a licensed electrician or contractor to assist us in completing our installation. If this occurs, the client will be notified accordingly to discuss the plans and cost for the additional work. While we do not anticipate leaving a job incomplete, we do reserve the right to terminate installation or design services if we feel we are being disrespected or our safety is in jeopardy. The cost of the installation will not be refunded in this case. Pumped Up Porches & More and its affiliates reserve the right to decline commissions of design work. In the event we decline a commission you will receive a full refund. Our cancellation policy is 72 hours in advance with a 50% refund, 48 hours with a 35% refund, and 24 hours with a 25% refund.
